Our automotive service encompasses a wide range of maintenance, repair, and diagnostic services for various makes and models of vehicles. These services include, but are not limited to:

We reserve the right to refuse service for vehicles that require specialized expertise beyond our capabilities or for any reason deemed necessary by our technicians.

Service Schedule

Our automotive service centre, JAY SIYARAM AUTOLINK, operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays unless otherwise specified. Emergency services may be available outside regular business hours by appointment only and are subject to additional fees.

Booking and Appointments

Scheduling Procedure:

To schedule an appointment with JAY SIYARAM AUTOLINK, clients must use any of the following channels: phone calls during business hours, online booking via our official website, or in-person visits to our service centre. Appointments are subject to availability and are scheduled based on the urgency and nature of the requested service.

Late Arrivals:

Clients are expected to arrive promptly for their scheduled appointments to ensure efficient service delivery. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or the need to reschedule appointments to minimize disruptions to subsequent appointments.

Emergency Services:

Clients may request emergency services outside regular business hours in cases of vehicle emergencies or urgent repair needs. Emergency services are subject to availability and may incur additional fees to cover after-hours service provisions and technician availability.

Pricing and Payment

  • Labour charges for spare part replacement/installation are billed separately from any service provided.

  • Customers are obligated to pay the estimated service cost in advance. Additional charges, if any, must be settled prior to the vehicle's release.

  • Should parts become unavailable after work has commenced, customers are responsible for associated labour charges.

At JAY SIYARAM AUTOLINK, transparency in pricing is paramount. We ensure that clients receive detailed estimates for proposed services before any work commences. Our pricing structure is meticulously crafted, taking into account industry standards, service complexity, and the quality of materials and parts used in the service process.

Our labour warranty covers the quality of workmanship performed by our skilled technicians. The labour warranty duration is 3 day from the completion date of the service.

Additional Warranty Coverage:

Clients must purchase additional warranty coverage for extended protection beyond the standard warranties provided. Details regarding additional warranty coverage will be provided upon request.

Warranty Claim Process:

To initiate a warranty claim, clients must present the original invoice and warranty card issued by JAY SIYARAM AUTOLINK. Warranty claims are subject to evaluation and approval by our authorized representatives. Any modifications or alterations made to the vehicle by unauthorized personnel may void the warranty.

Exclusions and Limitations:

Our warranties do not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, negligence, water damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

Customer Responsibilities

Parking Charges:

In the event that clients fail to deliver the vehicle at the agreed-upon appointment time and the vehicle must be parked on our premises, clients may be subject to parking charges

Vehicle Collection Responsibility:

Customers are legally obliged to collect their vehicles within the agreed timeframe. A parking charge for late collection will be enforced accordingly.

Removal of Personal Belongings:

It is the client's responsibility to remove all personal belongings, valuables, and accessories from the vehicle before handing it over for service.

Following Recommended Maintenance Schedules and Care Instructions:

Clients are advised to adhere to recommended maintenance schedules provided by the vehicle manufacturer and our technicians.

Liability and Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability:

JAY SIYARAM AUTOLINK shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Vehicle Condition:

Clients acknowledge that the condition of their vehicles prior to service is variable and may impact the outcome of repairs or maintenance.

Third-Party Services and Products:

JAY SIYARAM AUTOLINK may recommend or facilitate the purchase of third-party services or products related to automotive maintenance or repair. However, we do not endorse or warrant the quality, reliability, or suitability of such services or products.

Force Majeure:

JAY SIYARAM AUTOLINK shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these terms and conditions due to causes beyond our reasonable control.

Indemnification:
